ANALÝZA INTEGROVANÉHO MANAŽMENTU OCHRANY PRÍRODY A KRAJINY V PRÍRODNOM A HISTORICKOM PARKU IL-MAJJISTRAL (MALTA)

Hlavným cieľom príspevku je zanalyzovať implementovanie integrovaného manažmentu ochrany prírody a krajiny v praxi na území maltských ostrovov na príklade Prírodného a historického parku Il-Majjistral prostredníctvom SWOT analýzy a prípadovej štúdie. Výskum sa realizoval v priebehu dvoch rokov (2014 – 2015). Príspevok prináša v rámci komplexného zhrnutia potenciálu a rezerv aj návrh odporúčaní pre zefektívnenie integrovaného manažmentu riešeného chráneného územia. Silné stránky parku ako rôznorodosť biotopov, široká škála možností využitia ekologických aktivít alebo príležitosť využitia ideálnych okolností (prelínanie oboch súkromných a verejných záujmov) a s nimi spojenou diverzifikáciou rôznych foriem spolupráce a partnerstiev kolidujú s pytliactvom a náchylnosťou krasového územia na zásahy človeka.
The main objective of this paper is to analyse the implementation of integrated management systems of nature conservation and landscape protection in practice. As an example is the Maltese islands Nature and History Park Il-Majjistral in practice through SWOT analysis and case studies during a two-year research (2014 – 2015). The paper brings is the context of complex evaluation potential shortcomings of the area and proposed measures for sustainable development. Strengths park as habitat diversity, wide range of possible uses of environmental activities and opportunity to use ideal oportunities (mingling of both private and public interests) and the related diversification of the various forms of cooperation and partnerships collide with poaching, the vulnerability of karst area to human intervention.
