Worldwide as well as in the Czech Republic, the sustainable entrepreneurship is receiving increasingly closer attention. The paper focuses on one key area of this concept: the communication process of a company with its stakeholders and the society alike, about the social and environmental impacts caused by the firm’s economic activity. The main aim of this paper was - through an own research - to find the current state of reporting on sustainability by businesses in the Czech Republic; yet another goal was to identify major developments in this area in the Czech business environment. The research, which analysed more than 50 of the most significant enterprises in the Czech Republic, has shown that a variety of enterprises in the Czech Republic uses for the communication about their CSR activities their websites (46%), annual reports (48%), or they annually publish separate reports of sustainability (20%).
