This research investigates the influence of outpatient versus home-based physiotherapeutic care on the effectiveness of scoliosis treatment in pediatric patients. The study sample consisted of 364 respondents with an average age of 14.7 years, comprising 137 boys and 227 girls. The methodology employed was mixed research, integrating qualitative and quantitative approaches. To obtain the necessary data for the actual comparison, we used a qualitative methodology in the form of case studies, provided in the period from 13.10.2021 to 31.08.2023. The file consisted of information (case history) from a total of 364 respondents. Findings suggest the need for further exploration into the comparative efficacy of outpatient and home-based physiotherapeutic interventions for scoliosis management in pediatric populations. The results of the work are processed and evaluated in graphs, through which we confirmed the goal of our work.
